Hi! My name is Heather and this is a tiny bit about me:
- I love photography! Love love love it!
- I always have a camera at my side….whether it’s my professional gear, my point and shoot, my Flip or just my cell phone. I never want to say “I wish I had my camera!”
- I can’t stand that my little girls seem to be growing up before my eyes but I am soo happy I have so many moments forever captured, even if a lot of them are blurry or they have boogers or food smeared all over their faces. My girls are my life.
- After a session I can hardly wait to download the images and choose my favorites.
- When I drive I am constantly looking for locations with good light.
- I love Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, especially when they are frozen.
- I use coupons at the grocery store and save tons of money so I can invest the saved money into fun stuff.
- I have a husband who supports me 110%. I couldn’t do what I do without him.
Things I love in pictures:
- emotion
- extreme close ups
- the fresh and flakey skin of a newborn
- texture and contrast
- funky locations, but I also love what can be created in the comfort of a home
- sparkly eyes
- pouty faces
- spontaneous laughter
- bright colors
